18 March 2015 I have heard there is many pressure to be bear in office in accounts field. I have recently joined as accounts executive. please tell me what kind of pressure to bear??

18 March 2015 there are no sort of pressure...

most important things... due dates for deposit of tax is 31st march.. so u had to complete all work on date and deposit tax on time...

also for group companies payment should b nill and all..

some companies wants their creditor must b nill.. so payment of creditors...

18 March 2015 closing accounts, balance confirmation, bank reconcoiliation, preparing bal sheet, pnl etc n many reports are prepared.

18 March 2015 I would love to know the name of companies who hold their AGM in April or May?

There is no pressure as such unless you have plenty of work pending. Balance confirmation and BRS and Balance Sheet n P & L will start after the end of Financial year i.e., in April. Bills payable section have major task of payment and booking of bills and making provision entry. Ensuring that all the bills are submitted and the same is accounted for. Payment of Service tax within 31st March.

In march review work is also done i.e., review of actual expenditures viz a viz budget for that year. Draft Balance Sheet and P/L is also prepared for review.

So usually there is just the normal pressure. Actual work will start from last week of March to get the accounts in shape so that real work can be started from April.

19 March 2015 exactly thats what i wanna say.. i hadnt seen any company prepring b/s in march ending... how do they can ... no ways ...
