09 September 2017 And each company is paying 12-15 Lac salary(p.a.) to the said director; GST is Applicable or Not??
Please suggest me.

09 September 2017 Incase the director is under employment basis then GST will not apply as employment agreement, if the director is non employee director then GST will apply for all cases
