Dear Experts,

What is the form 32B of Directors under Karnataka VAT registration.

We are going for registration under Karnataka VAT act is it mandatory to produce that form

15 February 2013 It should be form 32 which details the list of directors of the company. Other wise there is nothing called as FORM 32B for directors. Hope the same clarifies.
