Can any body tell me...... HUF has bought a Residential Flat at Ahmedabad for 60Lacs which is given on Rent Whether chargeable for wealth tax? What exemption can HUF get? Is HUF can get exemption under wealth tax?

Residential house property are exempted from chargebilty of wealth tax if they are let out and having rental income which are offered under section 24.
