23 July 2014 a) Shares tr by husband to wife out of love and affection and she purchases house by selling shares, clubbing will happen or not in the hands of husband ?

b)commercial shop will be subject to wealth tax or not

c)Is commercial complex subject to wealth tax

d) IF asset tr by father to minor child clubbing will happen in the hands of father it this right even if minor child is disable.

e)land on which building is constructed with the approval of authority is not a urban land for wealth tax as it now it is taxable as building Is this right ?
