18 October 2013 I have own 2 flats(house) one is self occupied & 2nd is rented. on both I have taken loan. Whether interest on loan is available on the 2 houses. & the 2nd house is rented more than 1 yrs.the value of both house is 50 lakh. wheher i wealth tax is applicable on rented house. pls guide

18 October 2013 Yes you can claim interest u/s 24(i)(b) for both the home loans.


No wealth tax is not applicable in your case.
