Dear sir, Basically we are paying ST on Construction of Residencial Complexes 3.34%(Basic value on 33%) we can avail input credit on the payments,pls reply me!!!!

No, no cenvat credit is available on inputs/capital goods/input services. Abatement is 75% if the value of flats includes value of land.
