07 December 2009 I had given on Construction contract of Rs. 3 Cores and All deduction made time to time properly as like TDS, WCT. But I had gave Second construction contract Rs. 60 Lacs so can deduction WCT on above 60 Lacs.

Pls do the need full.

10 December 2009 if earlir contract is extent by this amt, then yes, else i don't think you are liable to deduct.
