It is the only subject which I am not able to understand at all? How to study it? Do module & practice manual not enough for studying it?

Study your self by making a time table and apply your full energy. No need of going to any coaching classes as the time left is very short. The study material of ICAI is sufficient and try to solve all practical problems by yourself. You can pass in first attempt
