Hi, Way bill (VAT/CST), whether Interstate or Local, irrespective of full rate of tax or without full rate of tax, WAY BILL SHOULD BE ACCOMPANIED WHEN GOODS ARE MOVING from one place to another.
As per your query, way bill issue karna Jarroorat hai.
