a proprietor is going to start a business of water treatment where he will supply chemicals as well as execute the water treatment procedure.That means this involves both trade and service.Is this kind of service falls under service tax Act?Will the activity be considered as works contract?
Also can anybody clarify what exactly is works contract and what tax does it attract?
