i have taken transfer from a firm under 1st year of articleship. now i want to register myself in any other firm but i just read the rules for documents to be submitted for re-registration. and it said that u have to submit the ID Card which was sent to me by post by the time of previous registration. bt actually i haven't received any post from institute. now can anyone tell me what is the alternate of dis??/
if i have to write a letter to ICAI for the same requesting for the Duplicate ID Card, then is there any fee for that??

Kindly send a query to e-sahayataa in the iCAI website. They will help you out for sure.
In case of one of my acquaintances, he sent the papers without the ID Card by sending a letter signed by the previous employer that the ID card was not received. ICAI processed the application.
