19 November 2008 Whenever i m vouching purchase bills of any firm i see that some bills have above "Tax Invoice " or "Cash/Credit Memo" or "Challan Memo" or "Debit Memo" written?
Is there any specific reason for that b coz i m really very confuse that y all bills of different firms hv so?
