Dear Experts. in case the turnover is below 20 Lacs can assessee take voluntary registration in GST or not if yes then will it be mandatory to collect the GST & pay the same to govt.

Yes, assessee can take voluntary registration there is no bar on same and after getting registered that assessee has to comply with the provisions of the act whether it is in regard of payment of taxes, filing of returns or maintenance of records
