WE HAVE NOT FILED OUR ST 3 RETURNS NOR PAID SERVICE TAX CAN WE REGISTER OURSELVES UNDER VOLUNTARY COMPLIANCE SCHEME AND PAY TAX AS WELL AS FILE ST 3 RETURNS ? OUR ADDRESS IS IN SOUTH MUMBAI. WHERE TO REGISTER OURSELVES UNDER VOLUNTARY COMPLIANCE SCHEME ?

If you have not recd any notice upto 28.02.2013 then you are eligible for VCES. Also you need to file this application in Churchgate office with respective commissioner office.
