02 August 2010 somebody has article on vodafone - hutch deal in detail?
how the deal was first triggered, what causes the same to happen? income taxes and all. to understand the deal..

i remembered that the same once published in somewhere in later part of 2007 year to understand the case in the Chartered Accountants Today magazine (now known as Professional Today or like) and even after that many times it has gone further on issue..

can anyone provide the detailed article from inception till now to understand the case
