16 July 2008 In the movie "Jane tu Ya Jane na",a Chartered Accountant firm has disclosed the firm name when all the names of directors,producers,actors are disclosed at the start of movie.Is this violation of Clause 7 of Part I of First Schedule.

No its not a violation.
Every Company gives the name of its auditors / charetered accountants in your case its the Production Company.
