I have an agreement with a villa owner for renting his property. I Received an amount of Rs.54,000/- + GST @ 28 % 15,120/- Total Rs. 69,120/- in which 50% is my share, 50% of total basic = 27,000/- also I HAVE to pay 3% of total basic to an agent , 54,000 x 3% = 1620. GST payment liability is mine.Now how much amount should i pay to villa owner.?
