14 March 2012 PLEASE LET ME KNOW THAT IF A RETURN IS FILED ONLINE BELATEDLY AND SECTION IS QUOTED WRONG i.e INSTEAD OF 139(4) IF IT IS MENTIONED 139(1); THEN WHAT REMEDY DO I HAVE TO CORRECT THIS DEFECT OR RECTIFY THIS ERROR?

14 March 2012 you need not panic,

ITD will automatically accept it as belated return.

however, if ITD accept it as regular return, then it is in your favour.
