22 June 2009 We are contractee the contractor from Mumbai. Can I deduct the Sales Tax TDS on the contract amount @ 4% or 2%
please advise

09 July 2009 if contract amount is exeeding Rs. 1 crore, you are liable to deduct the WTDS @ 2%.
