Can I get Vat set off on its Invoice Value in Mar 2008?

YOU WILL GET MATERIAL IN SEP AND BILL IS RECEIVED IN MAR YOU WILL TAKE SETOFF IN MARCH AND YOU WILL USED MATERIL IN SEPT SO DEBIT THE MATERIAL A/C AND CREDIT THE PARTIES A/C WHEN YOU WILL RECEIVED BILL THEN YOU WILL DEBIT THE PURCHASE A/C AND CREDIT THE MATERIAL A/C
