Dear sir
Is gst registration is required for me? having vat registration and sale is below 10 lakh per years. what process to follow if get registration not required.

No , registration is not necessary for you as per Schedule V of the revised GST Law, since, you are an existing registered person but having Turnover less than threshold limit.
