12 September 2012 There is a excess payment of vat tax for FY 11-12 of rs 147000/- so can i carry forward it in next FY or i have to claim the refund by submitting Form 501

12 September 2012 Any refund above 1 lac Rs is to be claimed as refund. Hence a refund claim has to be made
