23 May 2011 an advertising agency undertakes the printing work for a client.what tax would applicable on it.service tax or vat.
is there any abatement on creative serives provided by an advertising agency which includes cost of printing.!!??? kindly help

23 May 2011 If printing is on flex supplied by customer, it may attract service tax. If own material is used, it attracts both service tax and vat.
