11 September 2009 IS VAT applicable on sale of flat?
If it is applicable then what is the rate of VAT?
From which date VAT is applicable?

14 September 2009 No, as per definiation of "GOODS" under Sales/VAT Laws "Immovable property" is NOT covered. hence sale of Flat is exempt from VAT.
