Hello.....i have purchased some raw material from same state and such raw material is not required for me and i want to sell such raw material. whether vat is payable on such raw material as a ordinary sale. what will happen if it is purchased from inter state and sold in the state in which vat is payable on such raw material. If vat is not payable as ordinary sales than what treatment would be????
