23 April 2014 Mr. X is selling Aurvedic Medicines. He purchases such medicines through invoice for tax on MRP. Can he collect VAT on his sales? Is he liable to pay output vat.

23 April 2014 if his medicine rate are inclusive of sales tax then you can not take vat extra from MRP .
