Hello, my Brother is engaged in laminating of sheet which is given by client.this film(sheet) related to fancy sitara.He used in laminating the film :labour, Ethayl(Gum).Is Vat is applicable on him if end proudct i.e sitarara made from this Sheet is exmpted from vat
