25 February 2014 As per Chapter IV of DVAT,18(2),provided that...

dealer who import for sales of any goods into delhi,the taxable quantum shall be nil.


what does it mean...?

it means that the sales of imported goods is not liable to pay dvat.

it means must be that there shall no threshold limit for such dealer for registration.
