08 October 2016 we are running industrial canteen, every month we are paying MVAT @ 12.5% last month Maharashtra government hike rate from 12.5% to 13.5% also 5.5% to 6% (Government notification date 17/09/2016),(catering items and non-cooking items re-sale, so i want to know that what percentage will be pay 12.5% or 13.5%. kindly solve to me.
