17 September 2010 Ours is a new company established nine months back. What is the periodicity for paying vat half yrly, quarterly or yearly. Usually it is based on the tax paid for earlier yrs.

MOST OF THE STATE THE vat RETURN FILING BY MONTHLY ON OR BEFORE 20TH OF EVERY MONTH

OR EVERY QUARTERLY BEFORE 15TH IF THE TURNOVER BELOW 2 CRORE IN A YEAR
