13 February 2012 may i get input credit on capital goods from plant & machinery, while it is treated as a asset.

plz. tell me detail

13 February 2012 Yes you can claim input tax credit on plant and machinery. Full setoff available on plant and machinery. as per sec 48 of mvat act
