23 September 2010 IF COMPANY HAS TAKEN THE CENVAT CREDIT ON SUCH CONSUMABLE STORE AT THE TIME WHEN IS WAS PURCHASED THEN VAT IS APPLICABLE AT THE TIME OF SALE.
