23 January 2010 Can VAT credit be taken on purchase of goods in Delhi which are transferred to a branch in Haryana against Form F.

23 January 2010 yes,but you have to reverse tax credit @2% on the amount of goods trfd. agst F form out of the goods purchased from Delhi
