If Seller issues invoice without mentioning purchaser tin no.,whether the credit would be allowed to purchaser or not ? some invoices have purchaser tin no. and some have not then what if ?

Does the invoice carry the name & full address of the purchaser? If the invoice can be related with the purchaser then it is on the mark for the ITC.
