05 August 2011 1.When Head office sell goods to its branch, Whether Vat applicable or not?
2. If in the same case where both HO and Branch are treated as two seperate companies Vat applicable or not?

06 August 2011 1) It will be treated as stock transfer and VAT will not be charged.

2) VAT can be charged if it will be treated separate Entity.
