01 June 2011 on freight vat should be charged or not.if assesse already paid vat on freight.is der any provision for refund.

02 June 2011 If amount of freight was included in cost of material then you have to pay VAT on freight also. But if you are showing amount of freight separately in invoice vat is not applicable on freight amount.
