we took laptop from ABC company they were levied output vat, is this valid?

19 July 2014 VAT is applicable of sale of Laptop so it is valid.

If the company has TIN no on Bill, it is registered company.

19 July 2014 yes VAT is applicable on rental as it amounts to transfer of goods without transferring the title.
