We are the electrical material dealer in Chennai.

We are supplying goods to Kanchipuram Dist. But Billing to Noida, U.P. whether the Vat4% is applicable or Form C is applicable.

Please clarify to us.

it relates to interstate transaction
hence CST @ 2% against C form.

without C form is local rate of tax.
