PLEASE ANYBODY TELL ME HOW TO CALCULATE VALUE ADDITION AS PER EXCISE. (I.E. I WANT TO DETERMINE WHETHER I HAVE PAID DUTY ON THE VALUE ADDITIONS PLEASE ADVISE.

SIR, MY QUESTION IS WHILE CALCULATING VALUDITION TO GET THE MATERIAL CONSUMED VALUE , WE HAVE TO CONSIDER ONLY RM OPENING STOCK+PURCHASE-CLOSING STOK OR OPENING SOTCK OF (RM+FG+WIP)+PURCHASE-(CLOSING STOCK OF RM+FG+WIP) THANKS
