in calculation of goodwill , IN FMP calculation we revalue only Current asset and current liabilities.

why dont we revalue FIXED ASSETS???

10 July 2014 because fmp deals with future profits and any changes in current assets lke bad debts affects the p n l statment.

fix asset is a capital items n fr that cal of capital employed is there.
