03 May 2013 I have got a tax Invoice without signature mentioning it as system generated Invoice does not require signature.Can we take input tax credit on it ?

03 May 2013 yes you can, though other requirement as per rule 9(2) of CENVAT CREDIT RULES must be satisfied like registration no. of provider etc.
