Validation error while submitting with dsc

while submitting the gst enrollment application of a proprietor ,validation error due to pan mismatch found.
but name as per pan is correctly given .

If first name not available in PAN data base, than Validation will show PAN mismatch, for GST up loading first name should be mandatory.
