the Notification No. 31 of 2009 dated 25.3.2009 amending or substituting Rules 30, 31, 31A and 31AA of theIncome Tax Rules, 1962

06 July 2009 UTN has been postponed now. No need to mention UTN in the ITR return. UTN was required to cross check the TDS amount claimed by the assessee. The allottment of UTN was given to NSDL. But at present the system is postponed.
