We paid Service Tax for Freight on 05/07/2013.We want to utilize the challan amount for the month of Jun-13 Excise Payment. Is it possible. Please give me the suggession.

09 July 2013 Yes you can pay the excise duty from service tax paid under reverse charge system.

Thank u for your reply. we want to take the Service tax Input amount which is paid in 05/07/2013. in Jun-13 Excise duty payble.
