please let me know, for change of name of company where i want to use the word india, is there any separate fees i have to pay for using this word in company name.

There is no restrictions on using words like "global,"india",, . . Companies (name availability) rules 2011 is ammended by vide MCA circular 45/2011.Hence there is no restriction of minimum share capital for using word INDIA in name of company . . u may refer
