29 June 2011 If a company does not claim TDS credit in the Return for the A.Y. in relation to the F.Y.in which it was deducted by the party, can the same can be claimed in the next A.Y.?

29 June 2011 TDS claim should be backed by income. If income declared in previous year then TDS should be claimed in that year only.
