11 June 2012 You may refer book name Wiley's GAAP and online site www.FASB.org for US GAAP material.

23 June 2012 US GAAP is very vast and rule based unlike IFRS which is principle based.

Though it is also very logical and conceptual. Refer FASB site for more information or study GAAP difference booklet available on internet.
