23 January 2011 sir,

one of my uncles is getting commssion and brokerage from a real estate business, that company deducted the tax and given him Form no.16A and that is only the income he is getting. which type of return he should file for incometax purpose?

23 January 2011 The ITR is to be filed in Form No SARAL II since this will be his Income from other sources.
