In ur case sec 194c & 194j apply if u submit seberate bill for various work time to time when ever needed. or else u need to deduct on entire work 10% treating it as professional service.
In ur case for, hire charge of various items, fabrication work, manpower apply 2% TDS apply. But overall ur providing the professional service and hence 194j apply.
Therefore for various supply raised seperate bill and for service rendered raised seperate bill. u can skip from Service tax also.
